Kitchell Corporation’s Human Resources Team – Recognized in January 2011

The HR Team at Kitchell was selected as one of the Top 4 HR Teams in the State of Arizona.

Key factors for our recognition include implementation of the following:
• a plethora of great new benefits
• leadership development initiatives
• strategic planning activities

We downsized dramatically over the past 2 years without one negative incident, and through it all, we maintained our bottom line. Three people retired from our Human Resources Department in 2010 -- two with 25 years of company experience -- and we did not replace any of them.

Every member of our HR Team is PHR or SPHR certified (3 attained this in 2010).
